Ninth — Import Policy and Customs:
International shipments are subject to the import and customs clearance policies applicable in each country, and accordingly:
- Customs duties and taxes shall be borne solely by the final customer and are outside the scope of responsibility of both parties.
- The Second Party is obligated to notify its customers in advance that some countries may impose additional customs fees upon receiving the shipment.
- In the event that a shipment is held by customs due to insufficient import documents, the First Party shall be responsible for providing the necessary documents to secure its release.
- Some products may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries, and it is the Second Party's responsibility to verify the import regulations before listing any product for sale in those countries.
Tenth — Shipment Delivery Timeframe:
The delivery timeframe to the final customer varies depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. The estimated timeframes are as follows:
- These timeframes are approximate and non-binding, as they may be affected by customs clearance procedures, shipping company conditions, or circumstances in the destination country.
- The Second Party is obligated to inform its customers of the expected delivery timeframe upon completing each purchase.
- The customer shall not be entitled to claim compensation in the event of a delayed shipment due to factors beyond the control of both parties, such as public holidays or force majeure circumstances.
